The pump unit
defined as "GPC" is a compact
unit consisting of motor/joint/pump/
flange (and inverter, if required), to be
composed according to the scheme
appearing here below.
The unit mounts a pump whose delivery can
be 0,8 - 3,5 or 25 cc/rev. The rotation
speed varies from 30 to 350 rpm with a
counterpressure of max 50 bar. Its
working temperature is max 220 C° and it
can meter products having a viscosity
between 50 and 10.000 mPa.s.
This type of pump can meter and/or feed,
precisely, any type of chemical products,
provided the product in question be
compatible with AISI 440 and be included
within the mentioned range of viscosity.
Besides the standard ones, also special
models are available, entirely made of
stainless steel such as AISI 316 so to
meet any particular metering requirement
in the field of pharmaceutical or
alimentary products.
