ATTREZZATURE F.P.A.
not only manufactures the gears for the
metering pumps, but, due to the high
technological level attained, is in a
position to produce any type of gear
according to the technical
characteristics specified in the table
appearing here below.
One of the most
important distinguishing characteristics
of ATTREZZATURE F.P.A. is the flexibility
to define, in accordance with the buyer,
the characteristics of the gears to be
produced. This watchful attention is
maintained throughout the entire
production process, up to the final tests
and inspection, as set out in the
statement of the quality system of the
company, system which has been certified
to be compliant to the ISO 9002 NORMS -
I.C.I.M. certificate Nr. 2290.
Consequently,
ATTREZZATURE F.P.A. is in a position to
produce any gear, cylindrical
straight-tooth, ground helical spur gear,
from module 0,1 to module 5, with max.
500 mm Ø, as well as conical gears up to
module 5 with max. 250 mm Ø.
Also worm wheels,
as well as chain wheels and pinions, are
produced.
